Marvel fans and aspiring superheroes will finally get to visit Disneyland's Avengers-themed attraction in summer 2020.

On Christmas day, the Disney Parks blog announced the previously revealed Avengers Campus park attraction will open at Disney California Adventure in 2020. The park will not only feature some Marvel's familiar heroes roster for meet-ups, but include Marvel-theme inspired eateries like Pym Test Kitchen.

Also coming to Avengers Campus is Disney's first Spider-Man ride-through attraction. In it, guests will ride the "Web Slinger" vehicle and "sling webs" as they catch the escaping Spider-Bots.

Disneyland recently replaced the long-standing Tower of Terror attraction with a similar ride featuring Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.

The California park isn't the only stop the Avengers are making at Disney. New attractions will also appear at Hong Kong Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. The Marvel expansions to these parks are estimated to take several years to complete.

Due to licensing agreements with Universal for its Islands of Adventure park in Florida, we may not see any Marvel-themed areas coming to Disney World anytime soon. Until then, Disneyland California will host the Avengers starting next year.
