Disney has debuted the first full-length trailer for Ava DuVernay's adaptation of the Madeline L'Engle children's classic A Wrinkle in Time, and if you weren't already excited for the epic mind-bender, you probably will be in a moment.

The trailer gives audiences the best look yet at the fantastical worlds and challenges awaiting Meg Murry as she goes in search of her missing father, an astrophysicist who mysteriously vanished after working on a secret project involving interdimensional travel. The footage also introduces Zach Galifianakis as The Happy Medium, alongside better glimpses of Reese Witherspoon, Oprah Winfrey and Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Whatsit, Which and Who, respectively.

Released in 1962, A Wrinkle in Time is now considered to be one of the most important children's novels of all time, and not without its fair share of controversy for tackling complex issues of faith and scientific progress. It later became the first in a series from L'Engle, followed by A Wind in the DoorA Swiftly Tilting PlanetMany Waters and An Acceptable Time to form the Time Quintet. Since its debut, the first novel has been adapted as a television movie, a play, an opera and a graphic novel.

Directed by Ava DuVernay and written by Jennifer Lee, A Wrinkle in Time also stars Storm Reid, Levi Miller, Deric McCabe, Chris Pine, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Michael Peña. It arrives in theaters March 9.
