Disney+ vault of nostalgia is unprecedented, allowing viewers to rewatch some of the most impactful and popular movies and TV series of their childhood. This includes the animated series X-Men. However, those that remember the series well will notice something odd in the way Disney+ lays it out.According to Brett White, the viewing order of the series on the streaming platform is out of order. For example, Season 4, Episode 13 ("The Lotus and the Steel") is listed as Season 3, Episode 18. Another one comes from Season 3, Episode 10 ("Obsession"), which is now Season 3, Episode 19. The Season 4 premiere, "Night Crawler" should actually be Season 3, Episode 18.

While the original air date order does not entirely make sense with the continuity of the series, White notes that the Disney+ lineup also does match the script order. Instead, it is an entirely new layout.

The classic X-Men series is not the only superhero nostalgia Disney+ offers fans. The service also streams Fantastic Four (1994), Spider-Man (1995) and Iron Man (1994).
