Disney+ is continuing its launch around the world. As the streaming service becomes more popular, Disney is looking to increase its sales and perhaps even use other mediums to boost the programming available on the platform.

Since Disney now owns Marvel Comics, it makes sense that some of their brightest projects could receive spin-off comic titles in order to continue the adventure. Here are 10 shows that should get the comic book tie-ins for a variety of audiences.

10 THE MANDALORIAN

The series has gotten off to a great start, with the first season bringing in rave reviews and a lot of new subscribers. Obviously the galaxy far far away isn't exactly a stranger to the world of comics.

In fact, with so many titles on the go from the Star Wars franchise, it makes sense that this famous character can be brought in and interwoven into the stories. Perhaps we can get more backstory without it ruining the plot of the show — or maybe some mini adventures with baby Yoda.

9 MONSTERS AT WORK

This world of monsters has been well developed already, and the upcoming animated series about the Laugh Floor is certainly going to keep people interested in Sulley, Mike, and the gang. But what else could be explored outside of the factory?

There are plenty of adventures for these characters to go on, and it makes sense that by producing a kid-friendly comic, the creative team could explore everything else that the monsters get up to, and how their society functions.

8 FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER

In the past, various Marvel Cinematic Universe properties have had their own comic book spin-off. With so many story lines to draw from, it's impossible to get all of them into this Disney+ show. Therefore, fans might want to see more of Bucky and Falcon's adventures.

A comic series set just after what happens on Disney+ which continues to see this version of Falcon as Captain America, might be a really fun way to bridge the gap until we see the characters appear on film once again. Maybe villains like A.I.M. will be suited to this format too.

7 CLONE WARS

The fan favorite series is making its return on Disney+. We've seen elements of this show find themselves in the comics that Marvel publishes, and we'd love to see a continuation.

While Clone Wars won't likely air for many more seasons, there are still plenty of gaps to plug in. Therefore, a comic may be able to successfully do just that, and continue to make this galaxy feel richer.

6 LOKI

Time travelling, dimension-hopping, and even space exploration; it seems that the series starring the god of mischief could be doing it all. There are plenty of adventures that Loki could get sucked into as he continues to find a path through the many aspects of the MCU.

Some of the wackier and crazy aspects of the show could find themselves better placed in the comics. Indeed, this medium can portray some of the more ambitious stories that Marvel simply doesn't have the budget to tell in live-action.

5 MARVEL'S HERO PROJECT

This show already has a comic series already that depicts the heroic lives of these talented and inspirational kids who are the stars of the documentary. However, we really think that Marvel could do more with this concept.

There's a ton of potential to take some of these characters, develop them a little further and create a cool team that may one day be able to have a crossover with some of the other Marvel heroes. It would be a great origin story and tale for the brand.

4 CHIP AND DALE

This may seem like an odd one to choose, but the animated characters of Chip and Dale are getting their own Disney+ show.

A comic series for kids based on the two characters — and anyone else who shows up in the series — is probably a perfect way to introduce kids to comics, and even encourage some children to read — especially if you can read along as you watch the show.

3 THE SIMPSONS

The FOX classic has had comics in the past, but now that it's a major selling point of Disney+, perhaps it's time that Marvel Comics puts together some stories about the yellow family for us all to enjoy.

There are a lot of creative opportunities here, and perhaps there are some stories that will work much better in the format rather than in TV animation. We'd love to see what the creative teams at Marvel could come up with.

2 FORKY ASKS A QUESTION

This Pixar series is aimed primarily at kids, and looks to continue the adventure we started in the Toy Story franchise. What is interesting about this is that the comic book format can really take things in any direction.

Since the animation process is quite a long one, especially for such a busy studio like Pixar, there are perhaps some lessons that could be taught better through the art of comics. It's still a very visual medium, and Forky is such a vibrant character that there's a lot to work with here.

1 WHAT IF?

Of course, this whole concept actually came from the comics, but the universe set up by Marvel Studios is very different from the one we have in the comics. There's an opportunity here to explore some of the wackier scenarios.

While there seem to be some bizarre choices for the Disney+ show, such as Agent Carter as Captain America and Steve Rogers as an old style Iron Man, there's a lot more that could be explored in a comic book tie-in title.
