Disney's Pixar SparkShorts, a group of storytellers dedicated to short story films, will release six projects along with the launch of Disney+.

As seen in the newly released trailer, the shorts are Float, Purl, Kitbull, Smash and Grab, Wind and Loop, and all six will be available at launch.

Originally released in theaters, short films created by Disney and Pixar would typically play before new full-length features. These shorts would then be made available later as special features for the physical release of the films or in short film collections. However, with the potential of Disney+, it's highly possible we'll see more short films released on the streaming service in the coming months.

On top of the original content from Marvel and Star Wars, Disney+ will also include Disney Channel original shows and movies, films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, classic Disney and Pixar movies, nature documentaries and countless other forms of entertainment.
