According to the press release, Loki and What If? are scheduled for 2021, while Hawkeye, Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Moon Knight are slated to debut sometime in 2022. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and WandaVision are still scheduled to debut later this year.

While the press release is official, given that the Phase 4 slate has been pushed back an entire year due to coronavirus (COVID-19), it's more than possible that these shows could have shifted from their initial release date.

Production on Loki, WandaVision, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was recently shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
