Disney+’s Ms. Marvel series is in the early stages of development. The show was first announced during this past summer’s D23 Expo, alongside fellow television series Moon Knight and She-Hulk.

Kamala Khan was created by Sana Amanat, Stephen Wacker, G. Willow Wilson and Adrian Alphona, and was introduced in Captain Marvel #14 in 2013. After her Inhuman powers were activated, Kamala developed the abilities to stretch her body and took on the mantle of Ms. Marvel. Since her debut, the character has become a member of the All-New, All-Different Avengers, as well as the teenage superhero team the Champions.

While there is currently no release date for Ms. Marvel, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has assured the series, as well as Moon Knight and She-Hulk, could arrive as early as the end of 2020.
