Earlier this week, Disney debuted the first poster and images from its upcoming adaptation of Marvel Comics' "Big Hero 6," and today, after months of anticipation, the studio has released the first full teaser trailer for the animated feature film. The minute-and-a-half clip shows Hiro Hamada's first attempt to turn his lovable android companion into a dashing robot hero who will come to be known as Baymax, a member of the Big Hero 6 team.

Directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams, "Big Hero 6" is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. The film centers in on robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada and his robot friend Baymax as they join forces with a team of freshman crime fighters to save the futuristic city of San Fransokyo (a combination of San Francisco and Tokyo) from a criminal plot. The film debuts November 7.
