'Die Hard 6' Possibly a Go with Wiseman, Di Bonaventura

Popular action franchises die hard -- especially, well, "Die Hard."

Deadline reports that Fox is looking to develop a sixth installment to the popular franchise focusing on hard-to-kill New York cop John McClane with "Live Free Or Die Hard" director Len Wiseman and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.

Very little information about the project exists considering its early stages but the report states that the film would reinvent the franchise by mainly following the story young John McClane in his early days as an NYPD officer in 1979 bookended by a story featuring Bruce Willis as the McClane we all know in present day.
