Since she wears a bamboo muzzle and is often asleep to stave off her hunger for human flesh, Nezuko Kamado has few lines in the Demon Slayer anime. Still, her voice actor has been able to express Nezuko's emotions through the few lines she had early on, and her humming, grunts, and whimpers.

Giyu Tomioka is the current water Hashira, meaning his fighting style is fairly similar to Tanjiro's. When Nezuko became a demon, Giyu reluctantly spared Nezuko's life when Tanjiro appealed to him. He's also an associate of Shinobu Kocho, the insect Hashira.
Giyu's voice actor, Takahiro Sakurai has an impressive resume. He voiced the flamboyant Ayame Sohma in Fruits Basket, the villainous knight Griffth in the 2016 Berserk anime, and Isshiki Satoshi in Food Wars!.

Shinobu Kocho is the tiny but tough insect Hashira, with a unique fighting style. Rather than brute force, Shinobu uses poison on her Nichirin blade to take down demons much larger and stronger than herself. She is also a part of the butterfly estate, as her butterfly-shaped hair accessory would suggest.
Shinobu is voiced by Saori Hayami, a busy voice actor who portrayed the swordswoman Kagura Mikazuchi and the gentle otome heroine Maria Campbell in My Next Life as a Villainess. She also voices Toko Sakurai in the recent josei anime series My Senpai is Annoying.

Kyojuro Rengoku is the energetic and confident flame Hashira who practiced diligently to succeed his father as the previous flame Hashira, and earn the right to wear his unique flame-based cloak. He was the star of the Mugen Train story arc, and gave his life fighting the Upper Moon Three, Akaza.

Tengen wields two Nichirin blades bound by chains and has three shinobi "wives" who help him track down demons. He's even got intelligent mice on his side.
