It’s no secret that anime and manga do a very bad job when it comes to creating female characters. However, every once in a while, fans come across female characters that aren’t either sexually objectified or are shown as completely useless.
One such character is Nezuko, who is as fierce as she is cute. Like her, anime has some well written (and extremely powerful) female characters strewn across varying genres and release years. What if they were to fight Nezuko? Some of them would totally destroy her. To keep things simple, only one or two abilities will be highlighted from characters that possess multiple powers.
10 Honey (Hamatora) — she is able to see 10 minutes into the future, anticipating every move of Nezuko's
Unlike most girls and women on this list, Honey has no traditional superpowers. Her ability is to be able to see 10 minutes into the future. She does so by looking into the pink tablet that she can always be seen carrying with her.
10 minutes is more than enough time for her to anticipate every move of Nezuko's, and to easily evade her until the demon is exhausted. Then, she could easily kill her with one of the many deadly weapons her supernatural friends carry with them all the time.
9 Shinoa (Seraph Of The End) — her supernatural weapon would allow her to detect Nezuko's attacks seconds before they occur
Despite being a teenage girl, Shinoa possesses an extremely powerful supernatural weapon. She calls out to her demon Shi and pulls out what appears to be a black pen-shaped object.
The object then transforms into a massive scythe-like deadly weapon, which allows her to detect attacks seconds before they occur. She’s fought and killed powerful vampires with her weapon, and killing Nezuko would be just as easy for her.
8 Tatsumaki (One-Punch Man) — She would tire Nezuko out with her impenetrable psychic barrier
As the most powerful esper in the One-Punch Man universe, Tatsumaki is definitely someone to be feared. She is so strong that her power can easily withstand alien attacks, weapons and bombardments, with no harm done to herself.
Against Nezuko, all she would have to do is use her impenetrable psychic barrier, and then wait. Nezuko would eventually tire out, and that is when Tatsumaki would literally obliterate her with her powers.
7 Kanna (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid) — If she decided to turn into her true dragon form, she would easily kill Nezuko
Kanna’s appearance is extremely misleading. Beneath that loli appearance is a fierce she-dragon. She can throw other dragons up in the air effortlessly and is shown to hold her own against the powerful Fafnir.
She can also create and manipulate electricity as she pleases. If she decided to turn into her true dragon form, it would take Nezuko hours to even put a dent on her dragon body. That's long enough for Kanna to easily kill Nezuko.
6 Ayaka (Beyond The Boundary) — she can create near-impenetrable barriers, whose shape & size she can control
Beneath her calm and collected appearance, lies an extremely powerful youmu. She is so powerful that none of the Spirit World Warriors dare cross her and on top of that, they hold her in high respects.
Ayaka is shown to create near-impenetrable barriers, whose shape and size she can control. These barriers can decimate several youmu at once and also make it impossible for people inside them, to see what is happening outside.
5 Saraka (KADO: The Right Answer) — she possesses knowledge & intellect that is impossible to attain
Saraka lives as a human on earth, but the truth is that she is an anisotropic being in disguise. Her race is much older than the universe itself, and for her people, billions of years seem to be as short as mere seconds for humans.
Apart from possessing knowledge and intellect that is impossible for humans, they also possess weapons (that are seldom used as such) that no humans could ever dream up of coming in the next 100 light-years.
4 Blue Rose (Tiger & Bunny) — If she so chose, she could freeze Nezuko to death, instantly
This superheroine can create and manipulate ice, irrespective of where she is. Her preferred weapons are freeze guns, but they are mostly for show. She’s quite capable without them.
To put things into perspective, her ice powers are at least 50 times as powerful as Shoto Todoroki’s. In fact, she was able to create an ice pillar as a substitute for a missing pillar on top of which her entire city stood. If she so chose, she could freeze Nezuko to death, instantly.
3 Bishamon (Noragami) — Nezuko wouldn’t stand a chance against a literal Goddess
Bishamon is the Goddess of war. Now, Nezuko could be the strongest demon on the planet, but there’s no way she would be able to hold her own against a literal Goddess. Especially when the Goddess herself has extremely powerful Shinki by her side.
Her primary Shinki (Kazuma) is easily able to mask people’s presence, control his surroundings, cast binding spells on his target, among other things. Nezuko wouldn’t stand a chance.
2 Chifuyu (When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace) — her World Create superpower allows her to create anything she desires, something Nezuko could not stand against
Despite her loli appearance and child-like nature, Chifuyu possesses an extremely powerful superpower called World Create. It allows her to create basically anything she desires.
This includes creating energy, weapons, portals, worlds, and even entire universes. She can even manipulate objects to their sub-atomic levels. There is absolutely no way a mere demon like Nezuko could stand against such God-like powers for even 5 seconds.
1 Milim (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime) — Milim is a demon herself, but she’s easily several hundred times stronger than Nezuko
Milim is canonically 10 times stronger than the show’s main character, Rimuru Tempest. The anime never elaborates on the extent of her abilities, but they are enough to show how OP she is.
For example, even when she controlled herself, she obliterated a disaster class creature – something Rimuru and his army had an impossible time trying to defeat. Milim is a demon herself, but she’s easily several hundred times stronger than Nezuko.
