It seems impossible for Tanjiro to be anything but a Cancer – he's just that pure and innocent. He has a great love for his family and friends and values them even above himself. Cancers are nurturing, and Tanjiro showcases this the most with his sister Nezuko.
Tanjiro is protective of others and tries as hard as he can to keep them safe. He cares deeply for people, and even has sympathy for the demons he fights. Even when tragedy strikes, he's able to keep a positive attitude and keep going.

Yushiro is not your average Leo, but his Zodiac sign can't be denied. He has a fiery personality, characterized by his great love for Lady Tamayo (the woman who saved his life by turning him into a demon).

The "Love Pillar" Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji is a textbook Libra. A hopeless romantic, she finds something to like about everyone. Like most Libras, Mitsuri strives to keep the peace in every situation.
She prefers to settle quarrels between others rather than taking sides in an argument. Mitsuri can be oblivious at times, but she's strong both physically and mentally and won't give up if it means helping others.
5 Tengen Uzui
Scorpio
Tengen Uzui is a true Scorpio, his personality echos the traits associated with this sign. Tengen is strong, logical, and persistent. His shinobi background has made him a disciplined and fierce fighter. Tengen is also cunning and brave, and like most Scorpios, he's extremely passionate.
Fans were able to witness Tengen's intensity during the Entertainment District arc where he displayed his unconditional love for his three wives, his willingness to sacrifice his life for his comrades, and his unyielding confidence in the face of terrifying adversaries like Gyutaro and Daki.
4 Sanemi Shinazugawa

Sanemi mainly embodies the negative Sagittarius traits. He's hot-headed, blunt, and argumentative, refusing to admit he's wrong even if everyone around him thinks he is. His abrasive personality comes from his hatred of demons.
His most notable obnoxious display was when he repeatedly stabbed Nezuko in an attempt to provoke her. Though this was Sanemi's first introduction, throughout the series, he's showcased more positive traits. Sanemi is bold, adventurous, and surprisingly charming at times.
3 Nezuko Kamado
Capricorn
Despite her lack of dialogue, Nezuko is clearly a Capricorn. As a human, Nezuko was practical, responsible, and caring, filled with love for her mother and siblings.
Even as a demon, she shows Capricorn traits, forming strong bonds with those she cares about and becoming more and more determined to protect them. Though it's been an adjustment, becoming a demon hasn't changed who Nezuko is.
2 Giyu Tomioka
Aquarius
Giyu Tomioka is a logical independent observer who more than fits the Aquarius trademark. Tomioka prefers to work alone, and if he has to work with someone else, he'd rather be the leader. He's an honorable man who stands by his beliefs no matter what.
Though he stands firm in his principles, he isn't afraid to give others a chance, as seen when he chooses to spare Nezuko despite her current demon state. Tomioka isn't the most expressive person, but he feels his emotions deeply, and he's easily shaken by the loss of those he loves.
1 Shinobu Kocho
Pisces
Shinobu Kocho is a mystic, compassionate, and emotional person, and because of this, she exemplifies the Pisces sign. Shinobu is heavily influenced by the loss of her sister. This traumatic experience has caused her to internalize her anger and present herself as dainty and kind – much like her late sister.
Shinobu is also tactful, what she lacks in strength she makes up for in intellect. This is seen through her fighting technique as she uses a deadly poison to eliminate the demons she encounters. As a Hashira, Shinobu is vibrant and free and chooses to fight demons with a smile. She can get lost in her own thoughts sometimes and finds others much easier to understand than herself.
