Ahead of a trailer, Warner Bros. Animation has released a sneak peek of The Death of Superman, which will adapt the 1992 comic book of the same name. The video offers some new footage as well as insight from co-director Jake Castorena, supervising producer Jake Tucker and more.

Doomsday won't be the only struggle Superman faces in the upcoming animated film. He will also have an "identity crisis" of sorts, where he grapples with the idea of letting Lois Lane in on his greatest secret. Additionally, the movie will introduce Superman staple Bo "Bibbo" Bibbowski and his bar the Ace o' Clubs.
