Deadpool's 30th birthday is coming up. There are plenty of celebrations in the works over the next few months, including a new version of  Deadpool vs The World. The Op's adult-oriented, Merc with a Mouth-themed party game will drop a limited edition release featuring revised box art.

The original version of the game has been updated with a new, all black box sporting a "Nerdy 30 Years" mark in the top right hand corner of the cover. It is currently scheduled for release on May 19 and can be pre-ordered through The Op's website. What hasn't changed from the original edition is the absurd game contained within the box.

A game of improvisation and creativity, Deadpool vs The World gets everyone to compete with the best of their 17+ jokes. The cards feature 100 custom illustrations of Deadpool in disturbing, often compromising poses. Players then try to come up with a caption that could possibly make sense of what's happening on the card. Whoever does the best and hopefully funniest job wins the game.

Deadpool was created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld, and made his debut in the pages of The New Mutants in February 1991. Since then, his violent demeanor and constant fourth wall breaking have made him incredibly popular among fans. The character has been translated into various media forms, including a critically acclaimed movie franchise starring Ryan Reynolds.

Deadpool 2 starred Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Stefan Kapičić as the voice of Colossus, and Karan Soni as Dopinder, with newcomers Zazie Beetz as Domino, Josh Brolin as Cable and Julian Dennison as Russell. Deadpool 3 is in development at Marvel Studios but doesn't currently have a release date.
