“Deadpool” Digital Release Moves Up to April 26
“Deadpool” is coming home early.
Ryan Reynolds announced that the film will be available to own digitally on Tuesday, April 26 on his official Twitter account; this will put the digital release two weeks ahead of the physical Blu-Ray/DVD release. “This doesn’t usually happen to me,” he wrote, adding “#yesitdoes” in the hashtags. He also included a new graphic from the “Deadpool” team for the announcement.

The official “Deadpool” Twitter account also announced some of the home release’s special features, revealing that deleted scenes, a gag reel, a commentary with comic book co-creator Rob Liefeld and much more will be included on the home video release.
“Deadpool” will release on DVD and Blu-ray May 10. Slated to drop next Tuesday, the digital release is also available for pre-order on Amazon.
