Josh Brolin's Cable arrives in the action-packed, and profanity-laced, first full-length trailer for Deadpool 2. Oh, there are jokes, and action figures too -- and a playful jab at Justice League's CG issues.

What begins as straightforward superhero/sci-fi action fare, with Cable describing a dystopian, Terminator-like origin, is quickly derailed by Ryan Reynold's Merc with a Mouth, who dispels any notions of seriousness. As if we were expecting that. But after Wade Wilson's action-figure trailer enactment soon gives way to legitimate footage, with plenty of action, a little more profanity and, yes, some fourth wall-breaking.

This trailer, dubbed simply "Meet Cable," comes as a pleasant surprise for Deadpool fans, who were expecting the footage to arrive next week with Marvel Black Panther. It kind of makes up for that lack of a Super Bowl spot, doesn't it?
