T.J. Miller, who will reprise his role as Weasel in Fox's Deadpool 2, was arrested at LaGuardia Airport on Monday for allegedly calling in a fake bomb threat.

The United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut revealed in a press release that Miller allegedly called 911 while traveling from Washington, D.C. to New York City via Amtrak Train. Miller claimed that that a female passenger had "a bomb in her bag" and identified the train, which was stopped and searched. However, authorities found "no evidence of any explosive device or materials."

Miller was later discovered to have been on a different train.

According to the attendant on Miller's actual train, the actor "appeared intoxicated upon boarding in Washington" and proceeded to consume "multiple drinks on the train." He was later "removed in New York owing to his intoxication." The attendant also noted that "Miller had been involved in hostile exchanges with a woman who was sitting in a different row from him in the first class car."

Miller appeared before a judge on Tuesday and was released on a $100,000 bond. If convicted, Miller could face up to five years in prison.

Allegations that Miller sexually assaulted a woman while in college surfaced in December, following years of rumors. Although Miller has denied any wrongdoing, some speculated the accusation might affect his role in Deadpool 2, leading to recasting and reshoots. But veteran X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner told Rotten Tomatoes, “We’re in the final editing. I don’t think so.”
