Today's "Civil War II" #1 saw the first "fallen" hero of the series, James Rhodes/War Machine, who was killed by Thanos in battle alongside his Ultimates teammates. The end of the issue also teases the possible death of She-Hulk, but chances are this teaser -- which includes a "3" in the bottom right corner -- is pointing at the death of a whole other character for the upcoming issue.

The teaser also falls in line with the previously-released teasers for the classified "Civil War II: The Fallen" and "Civil War II: The Accused" one-shots -- indicating a possible connection to this particular fallen character.

"Civil War II" #2 hits stands on June 15.
