To celebrate its 10th anniversary, DC Universe Online is giving its players more than $50 worth of gifts in the form of in-game content.
To commemorate its decade-long existence, the MMO is giving its players a Character Advance for free, two brand new 10th anniversary emblems and other items. Players are also able to receive a Member Appreciation Gift Box that includes a variety of in-game materials. All players have until Jan. 31 to claim their gifts.
A video celebrating the game's milestone was posted to its official YouTube channel. It states more than 69 million characters have been created during its 10-year run.
The Attack of the Anti-Monitor 10th Anniversary Event! recently launched in the game last week, and Dimensional Ink CEO Jack Emmert indicated there are no plans of slowing down despite the game being 10-years-old. "I'm thrilled to be part of the team and celebrate this incredible milestone for DC Universe Online," he said. "After reading DC comic books for 45 years, it's a dream come true to be able to play in DC's rich multiverse. I can't wait to see what the next ten years will bring!"
DC Universe Online is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
