On Tuesday, HBO Max surprised many by announcing multiple new DC television properties that will eventually come to the upcoming premium streaming service. The new shows were among the biggest announcement from the platform and should have DC fans excited about what's to come. However, as exciting as they may be, HBO Max's plans for DC on the small screen are only a small corner of the various DC titles in development.

In recent months, it has become clear that DC Entertainment is pivoting to strengthen up its television output to compete with Disney+. With that in mind, here are all of the DCTV Series in development and production.

Harley Quinn - DC Universe - November 29

Harley Quinn is coming to the DC Universe. The upcoming animated series will follow Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) after a bad breakup with the Joker (Alan Tudyk). The show will follow her rated-R romps as Quinn teams up with Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) and explores Gotham's wild side.

The series features a plethora of DC characters including Batman (Diedrich Bader), Riddler (Jim Rash), Scarecrow (Rahul Kohli), Clayface (Tudyk), King Shark (Ron Funches), Lex Luthor (Giancarlo Esposito) and Doctor Physco (Tony Hale), to name a few. Green Lantern - HBO Max - Unknown Release Date

The details are still very scarce as the announcement is still days old, but HBO Max will be airing a Green Lantern series in which producer Greg Berlanti (Arrow) told Entertainment Weekly, "In what promises to be our biggest DC show ever made, we will be going to space with a Green Lantern television series, but I can’t reveal any more about that just yet."

So, whether it focuses on Hal Jordan, Jessica Cruz, Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Kilowog or any other variation of the character - or possibly even all of them - remains to be seen. But, the Green Lantern Corps (in some form) is coming to HBO. The show will be produced by Berlanti Productions in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television.

Strange Adventures - HBO Max - Unknown Release Date

Berlanti is also set to be involved in another HBO Max DCTV series. Strange Adventures is an anthology series that will focus on specific stranger characters in the DCU. While characters haven't been unveiled I'd expect the likes of Deadman, Animal Man, and Hawkman to appear in the series - given the character's roots in the comics and general appeal - but that's my own speculation.

Strange Adventures is under the same production hub as Green Lantern. John Stephens (Gotham) is set to write the series and act as its showrunner. Berlanti will executive produce alongside Sarah Schechter and Stephens.

DC Super Hero High - HBO Max - Unknown Release Date

HBO Max also unveiled a high school comedy titled DC Super Hero High from Elizabeth Banks focused on a group of heroes attending a special boarding school for gifted students. It's currently unclear which heroes will appear in the series. The show will be produced by Brownstone Productions alongside Warner Horizon Scripter Television. It will be executive produced by Banks and Scott Weinger.
