While most of DC Comics' monthly "Rebirth" series will see a price increase from $2.99 to $3.99 in print this April, that won't affect the digital price of those titles, CBR can confirm.

This clarification follows Tuesday's news that DC Comics will raise the price of most of its monthly "Rebirth" series, while adding download codes for a digital copy of those issues. Yet the price for individual issues of affected series will remain $2.99 via the comiXology digital distribution platform.

Here's the full-list of series which will see a price increase in print, but remain $2.99 digitally, starting in April: “All Star Batman,” “Batgirl,” “Batgirl and the Birds of Prey,” “Batman Beyond,” “Batwoman,” “Blue Beetle,” “Cyborg,” “The Hellblazer,” “New Super-Man,” “Red Hood and the Outlaws,” “Super Sons,” “Supergirl,” “Superwoman,” “Teen Titans,” “Titans” and “Trinity.” All of these series will see added download codes for their print versions.

Notably, another monthly "Rebirth" series, "All Star Batman," will remain at $4.99 in print and digital, but will see the addition of download codes. Twice-monthly series -- which include high-profile series such as “Batman,” “Superman,” “Wonder Woman,” “Green Lanterns” and “Deathstroke” — will remain at $2.99 per issue in both print and digital release.

News of DC retaining the $2.99 price point for digital versions was reported earlier by Newsarama and Bleeding Cool.
