Production on the DCEU's Birds of Prey film is moving forward with the planned ensemble film officially receiving its working title.

An updated list of major Hollywood film and television projects with their accompanying working titles has been posted on industry website Production Weekly listing the upcoming DC superteam film under the working title "Fox Force Five".

The revealed working title is a reference to the fictional television pilot from Quentin Tarantino's classic 1994 film Pulp Fiction. The proposed series starred Uma Thurman's character as part of a five-woman crimefighting team going on missions all over the world.

The working title could also hint at the final lineup for the Gotham City-based ensemble: A five-member squad for the film would theoretically include Barbara Gordon, Black Canary, Huntress, Renee Montoya, and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn. All five characters had been previously rumored to be included in the film, as well as Cassandra Cain, though there has yet to be an official announcement from Warner Bros.

The planned Birds of Prey film is reportedly supposed to begin principal photography this January with director Cathy Yen helming a script from Christina Hodgson. While there have been no casting announcements for the upcoming ensemble film, Margot Robbie is expected to reprise her role as Harley Quinn.
