DCeased writer Tom Taylor has provided another tease for his upcoming sequel to the zombie superhero epic. The artwork by David Finch appears to introduce a new version of the Justice League.

Taylor posted Finch's art to his Twitter account with the caption, "We didn’t think we had anything left to lose. We were wrong." He also added the hashtags #DCeased2 and #DeadPlanet, which may possibly reveal what the title of the upcoming comic series will be.

The members of this new Justice League include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Swamp Thing and Constantine. They are gathered atop a stone structure as zombified arms and hands stretch out to grab them.

While Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman are in new variations of their super suits, it is most likely new heroes taking up the trio's mantles. Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman all perished in the original DCeased miniseries, but their proteges all escaped Earth with their lives. This means Superman's son, Jon Kent, is most likely the Man of Steel, and Damian Wayne is now replacing his father as the Dark Knight. Also, the Wonder Woman with blonde hair is possibly Cassie, the previous Wonder Girl.

A spinoff of DCeased is currently running, titled DCeased: Unkillables. The series is from the creative team of by Taylor, Karl Mostert, Trevor Scott, Neil Edwards, John Livesay, Rex Lokus and Saida Temofonte, and reveals what DC's villains were up to during the zombie plague.
