AT&T's Analyst & Investor Day 2021 has revealed that a Zatanna film or television show is still in the cards for Warner Bros.

A graphic shown during the presentation revealed several films, television shows and video games based on DC characters. Among them was a logo for Zatanna and previously confirmed projects such as Static Shock and Blue Beetle.

A report from July 2020 hinted that Warner Bros. was working on a Zatanna film that would be separate from the Justice League Dark series J.J. Abrams is producing for HBO Max. Abrams is also producing a Constantine series that will deliver a younger and more diverse take on the chain-smoking magician.

Zatanna Zatara is a magician who is able to cast spells by speaking backward, much like her father. Outside of her solo adventures, the character has been a member of the Justice League and Justice League Dark. Zatanna has also appeared in several DC television shows and animated series, most notably Justice League Unlimited and Young Justice.

The next DC films from Warner Bros. are Zack Snyder's Justice League, which arrives on HBO Max March 18, and James Gunn's The Suicide Squad, which arrives in theaters and HBO Max Aug. 6.
