DC's Year of the Villain takes on a whole new meaning in December when Lex Luthor and The Batman Who Laughs go head-to-head in Year of the Villain: Hell Arisen, by James Tynion IV and Steve Epting.

The miniseries, which spins out of the events of both Justice League's "Justice/Doom War" arc and Batman/Superman's "Infected" arc, will see Apex Lex and The Batman Who Laughs square off as the former attempts to stop the latter from using the forces of the Dark Multiverse to destroy the newly resurrected Perpetua.
