DC Comics is already looking to expand their partnership with Walmart. As reported by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette, four new titles will be added to the DC's "Giant" Walmart line of books in the coming months.

The 100-page Swamp Thing Halloween Horror Special is expected to hit in stores by October 7, while an 80-page Walmart DC holiday special (not to be confused with the Nuclear Winter Special) will then be available in stores by November 11. Both books will sell for $4.99. The Scarlet Speedster will follow suit with a "Giant" Flash title of his own in February 2019, alongside another series that has not yet been determined.

"I'm really excited about the program," DC publisher Dan DiDio shared. "Walmart stores are in many communities that don't have a specialty comic book shop, so it's a great way to get our books into people's hands." Walmart spokesman Molly Blakeman added, "There are more DC superhero fans than ever and we wanted to provide these casual fans access to the source material behind the shows, movies and games they love."

DC has already started off their line of monthly Walmart-exclusive 100-page anthology comics with Superman Giant, Justice League of America Giant, Batman Giant and Teen Titans Giant. DC's Walmart-exclusive anthology comics are currently available in 3,000 participating U.S. locations. However, DiDio hopes that the books will eventually be sold in all 5,000 of the company's U.S. stores.
