The DC Universe streaming subscription service has announced its Titans live-action series will debut on the platform on October 12.This news comes on the heels of the service also announcing that it will launch on September 15, which also happens to be Batman Day.RELATED: DC Universe Streaming Service Announces Launch Date

The above wasn't the only announcement to come regarding Titans. The New York Comic Con Facebook page released a post promoting the Titans world premiere on Wednesday, October 3 as the official kickoff to the convention. Following the premiere will be a question and answer session with the cast and producer of the DC live-action series.

Titans will be the first original series to launch on DC Universe, with the debut taking place less than a month after the streaming service goes live. Fans got a taste of what to expect from the DC superhero show when the first F-bomb filled trailer was released in July.

Debuting on the DC Universe streaming service October 12, Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove and Lindsey Gort as Amy Rohrbach.
