DC fans outside of the United States can finally enjoy the company's digital comics subscription service as DC Universe Infinite goes global, opening up access in six countries.

Canadian readers can sign up for DC Universe Infinite today, while residents of Australia and New Zealand can start their subscriptions on March 29. DC Universe Infinite becomes available in the United Kingdom on April 28, and subscriptions will open up for DC fans in Brazil and Mexico in summer 2022. DC intends to launch the service in additional countries throughout the year.

"DC is thrilled to soon welcome comic book fans from other countries to our digital service for the first time," said DC Senior Vice President and General Manager Anne Leung DePies. "Making DC Universe Infinite available globally is one of our major priorities and this launch is the first of many more to come. It is one more way fans of every generation, around the world to engage with DC's iconic Super Heroes!"

DC Universe Infinite launched in January 2021 as a relaunch of the DC Universe streaming service, which debuted in 2018 and housed a variety of television programming, including Doom Patrol and Titans, as well as select comics starring DC heroes. When HBO Max became the new home for DC streaming shows, DC Universe Infinite was retooled as a premium comics subscription platform similar to Marvel Unlimited, which launched in 2007.

In the U.S., for $7.99 per month or $74.99 a year, subscribers to DC Universe Infinite can access comics six months after they debut on retail store shelves and ComiXology. The service currently contains a massive backlog of 25,000 books, collecting many of DC's longest-running series that began publication in the 1930s and 40s, including Action Comics and Detective Comics. Digital First exclusives like Harley Quinn: The Animated Series: The Eat Bang Kill Tour and Suicide Squad: King Shark are also available on the service.

Non-U.S. users who sign up for DC Universe Infinite within the first 30 days of each country's launch can receive special discounts of $59.99 CAD, $64.99 AUD, $64.99 NZD or £36.99 BPS a year. Anyone signing up under this reduced pricing is eligible to renew at the same price as long as they maintain their paid subscription.

Following the 30-day introductory period, annual subscriptions are available for $89.99 CAD, $99.99 AUD & $99.99 NZD or £54.99 a year. Monthly subscriptions are also available for $9.99 CAD, $9.99 AUD, $9.99 NZD and £6.99 BPS. Pricing for Brazil and Mexico has yet to be announced.
