Lady Shiva is a quintessential assassin, sometimes operating on the right side, if only for herself. Wilson single-handedly took down most of the Justice League, having crafted unique strategies for each and every member. Escape would be the only option for Black Widow, perhaps to return with a few other highly trained agents.

Though Cheetah may not have had the temperament and training of a martial artist, her furious claws make her a huge problem to deal with. Though Black Widow could land a few careful blows, Cheetah's fierce attacks would not leave any room for mistakes. One slash from her claws and it's all over.

Widely accepted as the best marksman in the Dc universe, Deadshot has fired more bullets than most people have had hot meals. His accuracy is second to none, and can even shoot with precision while blindfolded.
Though Widow is capable with most weapons, she is nothing when compared to the master. Before she could even pull out a pistol, Deadshot would have her down and dusted. Even without guns, he is still a highly-skilled martial artist.
2 Kobra's Cultists Will Wear Her Down Before He Delivers The Final Blow
Jeffrey Franklin Burr is an international terrorist who led the cult of Kobra with an iron fist. His own Lazarus pits extended his life and helped heal any injuries he received in battle. His mastery of martial arts put him at odds with Batman and the Justice League on multiple occasions.
Though his own skill as a fighter is admirable, Kobra would use wave after wave of cultists to wear Widow down. Then finally, he would deliver the killing blow himself. He knows better than to risk his own life until he understands his opponent's capabilities fully.
1 Bronze Tiger Could Knock Her Out With One Kick
Bronze Tiger answers to very few, as one of the most skilled fighters in the Dc Universe, even Shiva acknowledges his capabilities. Along with others of his caliber, he is a member of the League of Assasins, though often works to his own motives if it pleases him.
He has knocked out numerous heroes with one kick, including Batman himself. Black Widow is an excellent fighter with years of experience under her belt, however, against such an opponent, she stands little chance. He has more recorded wins than losses, and those victories are against the likes of Deathstroke, Batman, and Vixen.
