DC Reveals "Batman," "Justice League" NYCC Exclusive Covers

Earlier today, CBR revealed a first look DC Comics' upcoming die-cut covers by Greg Capullo for the Bat-family of titles in association with the "Death of the Family" crossover. However, those covers aren't the only ones to get the die-cut treatment. Via its blog, The Source, DC announced two New York Comic Con 2012 exclusive "Batman" #13 covers by Capullo that heavily feature the Joker.

"The die cut itself had to have straight edges," Capullo said of the covers in September. "The other challenge was working within the limitation of using only have of a characters face and reusing the same angle for all. Trying to show individual personalities within these confines. I think I pulled it off."

In addition to the two new die-cut covers, DC will also premiere a "Justice League" #12 variant by Jim Lee, depicting the kiss between Superman and Wonder Woman.
