Barbara Gordon is one of the most popular members of the Bat Family. As Batgirl, she has helped with the Dark Knight's crusade against crime in Gotham City more times than he could count. When she was paralyzed by The Joker in The Killing Joke, she didn't let that get in the way of her sense of justice, and she went on to become one of the most technologically gifted characters in DC as Oracle.

Besides being one of the first people included in the Bat Family, she is also a founding member of the Birds Of Prey. She's highly intelligent and a master martial artist who is more than capable of cleaning up the streets of Gotham. But how would she handle herself against the characters of the Marvel universe?

10 Defeat: Falcon

Sam Wilson was a child who was determined to do good and also had a special connection with birds. While on an island with a disguised Captain America, he was convinced to take on the superhero moniker The Falcon. He has a special connection with his bird Redwing, his pet falcon, through the use of the Cosmic Cube. He became Captain America's partner, eventually joined the Avengers, and even replaced his mentor for a bit.

While Falcon is a decent fighter, having even taken up the mantle of Captain America for a bit, he's nowhere close to Batgirl. The ability to fly does give him a slight edge, yet Batgirl has easily taken down tons of villains with wings, including Firefly, Killer Moth, and Man-Bat.

9 Lose To: Tigra

Tigra running through the jungle

Originally the superhero "The Cat," Greer Grant was transformed during a life-saving procedure into a half-human, half-cat warrior named Tigra. Becoming more powerful than she was before, she joined The Avengers. She moved to San Francisco and became friends with Jessica Drew and was invited by Hawkeye to join the West Coast Avengers, which she accepted.

With powers like superhuman strength, speed, agility, and a healing factor, Batgirl would definitely not be able to take this heroine down.

8 Defeat: Kate Bishop

After being captured for ransom by one of her dad's coworkers, Kate Bishop was rescued by The Avengers, and was immediately inspired by Hawkeye, a normal human who fought alongside super-powered beings. Hawkeye became her role model, and while walking in Central Park late at night, she suffered the worst sort of assault. This pushed her to begin training as a martial artist, as well as with weapons like swords, and of course, archery. She was invited to join the Young Avengers, and soon was dubbed the new Hawkeye by Captain America.

While her archery skills are very impressive and she does know how to fight, Bishop isn't quite on the level of Batgirl yet. While it would be an interesting fight, Batgirl would win.

7 Lose To: Jessica Jones

A student at Midtown High School, Jessica Jones was a classmate of Peter Parker's. After getting into a car accident that resulted in her getting a little too close to some radioactive chemicals, Jessica awoke from a coma and found she had special powers. During a fight between Spider-Man and Sandman, she decided she wanted to use her powers to help others.

Jessica's powers consist of superhuman strength, speed, durability, and flight. While Batgirl has fought superpowered villains before, she would lose to Jessica Jones.

6 Defeat: The Punisher

Frank Castle was an ex-Marine who wanted nothing more than to spend time with his family. That family, unfortunately, came across a mafia deal gone wrong, and were gunned down as witnesses. Frank lost any sense of humanity he once had and vowed to murder any low-level scum that threatened innocent people. While he is much more violent and erratic than the other Marvel superheroes. he does follow his own sense of justice.

Punisher is a killing machine. He's taken down villains and heroes alike that should have no problem wiping the floor with him. However, most of his victories can be chalked up to the fact that Frank specifically prepares to defeat these people, and a random encounter on the street with Batgirl would likely end badly for him.

5 Lose To: Spider-Gwen

The Gwen Stacy of Earth-65 was bitten by a genetically altered spider while on a field trip with her friends. The only person she shared her secret identity with was her best friend Peter Parker, who is a social outcast at the school they go to. Peter was sick of being made fun of, so he created a lizard formula, which only transformed him into a monster, and was defeated by Gwen. He died claiming he wanted to be special like her.

Taking the name Spider-Woman, Gwen has all the powers and abilities that come with the spider name, including spider-sense, wall-crawling, and enhanced abilities. That's more than enough to beat Batgirl.

4 Defeat: Mockingbird

Barbara Morse is a SHIELD special agent who was introduced through a project she worked on with one of her peers. She earned the name Mockingbird due to the fact that she is often able to taunt and goad her opponents into battle, and then defeat them. She became a member of the West Coast Avengers with her ex-husband Hawkeye. This is simply another case of Mockingbird simply not being as skilled of a fighter as Batgirl.

3 Lose To: X-23

X-23 Space feature

x-23 is the result of a secret project to recreate the Weapon X program and create a clone of Wolverine. The lead scientist served as a surrogate mother for the clone, and Laura Kinney was born. She was trained to be nothing more than a weapon, but her mother tried her best to instill her with some sense of humanity. After meeting the X-Men, she became extremely attached to Wolverine, and eventually earned the name for herself.

Obviously, as an incredible fighter with literally built-in weapons and a healing factor, Batgirl wouldn't stand a chance.

2 Defeat: Hellcat

Patsy Walker was a child star who had her own comic series similar to Archie, but she grew up admiring vigilantes and superheroes. When she found out physicist Hank McCoy was the Beast, she blackmailed him into making her a superhero. She eventually found an old costume used by Tigra while she was The Cat, and became the superheroine Hellcat.

She got her wish and was eventually trained by Moondragon in martial arts, but Moondragon is no Bruce Wayne, once again giving Batgirl the edge by being a much better fighter.

1 Lose To: Black Widow

Due to Scarlett Johansson's portrayal in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Black Widow has become a household name and one of the most well known Avengers in the world. Natalia Romanova was raised in the USSR's Black Widow Special Ops program. Taken to the Red Room Academy as a child, she was trained in espionage, weaponry, and martial arts, and armed with some of the most technologically advanced weaponry and gadgets. It doesn't matter how hard Barbara trains with Bruce, Black Widow will always have the upper hand.
