It doesn't matter who the hero or villain is, stepping into the ring with Lady Shiva is generally a bad idea. She is one of the foremost martial artists DC has to offer, a master of attacking pressure point in a brutal, efficient fashion.
Shiva might not have superpowers but she can still put up an impressive fight, regardless of whether she wins or lose. Even on the rare occasion that someone else comes out on top at the end of a fight, they still know they've been in a battle with Lady Shiva. Marvel's smarter villains would stay away from her.
10 LOSE TO: Taskmaster
Beating Taskmaster is not a straightforward task. A highly trained mercenary, he has the ability to fully mimic someone's fighting style after watching them for only a few seconds. This allows him to attack an opponent with an endless variety of unpredictable attacks, including those belonging to his opponent.
It also gives Taskmaster the ability to essentially predict his enemy's next move before they even think it. Lady Shiva would be caught in this trap, and ultimately lose the fight.
9 DEFEAT: Kingpin
Some people underestimate the Kingpin as a fighter. That's because of his size as well as the fact they think he's the kind of leader who stays in the shadows. In reality, Kingpin is a strong, quick, well-trained combatant who has taken on the likes of Daredevil and Spider-Man.
As arrogant as Lady Shiva can be, she's not one to underestimate an opponent. She would accurately assess the threat and take Kingpin down. He's not as well-trained as she is.
8 LOSE TO: Doctor Doom
One would hope that Lady Shiva would not pick this fight to begin with. If she did, one would hope that she would walk away as soon as she realized how deep a mess she was in. Doctor Doom is one of the most devastating villains Marvel has to offer.
Doom is brilliant with a powerful suit of armor and is a master of dark magic. On top of that, he has an entire country at his disposal. Lady Shiva would have to be ruthless and utilize the element of surprise to even stand a slight chance.
7 DEFEAT: Crossbones
The right-hand merc of the Red Skull is a nasty piece of work. A brutal fighter, Crossbones has stood toe to toe with Captain American on more than one occasion. But that's not what makes him so dangerous.
Crossbones' virtually non-existent morals combined with his various nefarious skills make him capable of doing almost anything. Despite his training and experience, Crossbones is not on Lady Shiva's level as a martial artist and would summarily get his butt handed to him.
6 LOSE TO: Lady Deathstrike
There was a time that Lady Deathstrike was a human named Yuriko. After being transformed into a cyborg by an experimental procedure, she gained several superhuman abilities. This included extendable nails laced with adamantium, like the rest of her skeleton.
Lady Deathstrike is one of the most efficient killing machines Marvel has to offer. Lady Shiva might actually be a better fighter but Deathstrike's cyborg enhanced abilities would be too much for her to overcome.
5 DEFEAT: Madame Masque
As a villain, Madame Masque can be extremely difficult to deal with. She might not have any superpowers to speak of but she does have a series of finely honed skills. A highly trained hand-to-hand combatant, an Olympic level gymnast, and an expert marksman, Masque is also a master of disguise.
But Madame Masque also has ongoing issues with paranoia, which is a problem Lady Shiva would have no difficulty identifying and taking advantage of.
4 LOSE TO: Bullseye
The man who never misses. Virtually anything is a weapon in Bullseye's hands, from paper clips to binders. He can find a way to kill someone with anything, and it's almost a guarantee it won't be pretty or painless. The man genuinely loves his work.
There's an argument to be made that Lady Shiva might actually be a better fighter than Bullseye. That being said, the number of options Bullseye has at his disposal to kill Shiva would catch her off guard, which is something that's not easy to do.
3 DEFEAT: Tombstone
A thug with deep history against the likes of Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Spider-Man, Tombstone is a nasty piece of work. He's an experienced street fighter who can throw down with the best of out there.
On top of that, Tombstone's enhanced strength, stamina, and durability make him a dangerous opponent. Tombstone would certainly prove challenging for Lady Shiva, but he also wouldn't be a challenge she couldn't handle.
2 LOSE TO: Daken
Wolverine's son has quite the mean streak and loves to lean into it. He has played the role of both hero and villain over the years, though he probably suits the latter the best. Like his father, Daken has enhanced senses, claws, and a healing factor.
Daken can also use his pheromones to manipulate other people. This is all in addition to the high levels of training he has had as a fighter, acrobat, and hunter. Lady Shiva would be dissected by Daken, possibly quite literally.
1 DEFEAT: Green Goblin
Norman Osborn is like a bad penny that keeps turning up to try and murder Spider-Man. As the Green Goblin, he has been responsible for some of the worst moments of Peter Parker's life. Credit where credit is due, though. Parker is pretty good at messing up his own life.
Goblin's enhanced abilities and equipment make him a formidable opponent. Well, until Lady Shiva gets her hands on him. She would give Osborn a beating even that lunatic would never forget.
