DC has revealed an official trailer for this year's iteration of its DC FanDome virtual convention, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Oct. 16.

The trailer hypes a number of upcoming DC projects that will be showcased at FanDome 2021, featuring footage from the upcoming film The Batman, not to mention what appears to be our first official glimpse at the Black Adam movie. On the video game side of things, the trailer shows off footage from Gotham Knights, as well as brand-new footage from the highly anticipated Arkhamverse-set title Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Moving on to the world of television, the trailer also features footage from HBO Max's upcoming Suicide Squad spinoff series, Peacemaker. A number of established DC TV shows are highlighted as well, including Titans, The FlashSuperman & Lois, Supergirl, Doom Patrol and Batwoman.

Then, of course, there is certainly no shortage of on-screen DC stars present for this year's FanDome. The trailer features the likes of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Black Adam), Robert Pattinson (The Batman), John Cena (Peacemaker), Jason Momoa (Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom), Grant Gustin (The CW's The Flash), Elizabeth Tulloch (Superman & Lois), Javicia Leslie (Batwoman) and Ezra Miller (The Flash), among many others.

The trailer promises the "biggest stars, biggest titles" and "biggest reveals." It reaches its crescendo when Miller declares that FanDome 2021 is going to "blow people's heads off." Before signing off, however, the trailer also reminds fans to keep an eye out for The Batman's latest trailer, which is slated to drop during the event.

DC FanDome 2021 begins Saturday, Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. PT. The event will be streamed live on DCFanDome.com, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
