DC Entertainment Announces "DC Super Hero Girls: Hits & Myths" Graphic Novel

DC Entertainment has officially announced its second "DC Super Hero Girls" graphic novel, "DC Super Hero Girls: Hits & Myths."

Writer Shea Fontana and artist Yancey Labat will follow up their first original "DC Super Hero Girls: Finals Crisis" graphic novel with "Hits & Myths," which finds Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Supergirl and their friends embarking on an "Odyssey"-inspired adventure. "Finals Crisis" is scheduled for a July 5 release, while "Hits & Myths" eyes a November 2 debut.

According to the official description for "Hits & Myths,"

While learning about "The Odyssey" in Mister Etrigan's poetry class, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Supergirl and their friends go on their own "Odyssey"-inspired journey where they face off with a Cyclops, seek help from a Witch, and evade the Siren before journeying to the underworld. Can they help their teacher escape from Trigon's prison and return home? Find out in DC Super Hero Girls: Hits & Myths.

The first two chapters of "Finals Crisis" will release on May 7, this year's Free Comic Book Day.
