Comic and Manga reading fans are always formulating how potential battles between their favorite superheroes or supervillains from different universes would pan out and one of the most popular characters, in this regard, is Doctor Manhattan. Being, arguably, the strongest DC superhero ever, Doctor Manhattan is, theoretically, unbeatable because he has an answer to everything.
What will happen if Doctor Manhattan's God-level power is pitted against some of the strongest Dragon Ball warriors of all time? There aren't many superheroes, antiheroes, or supervillains, who would have the guts to measure up against someone like Doctor Manhattan, so these Dragon Ball warriors would have their task cut out.
10 Would Defeat: Hit
Universe six's best assassin, Hit, has something in common with Doctor Manhattan and that's his time skip technique because just like him (only better), Doctor Manhattan can also manipulate time.
While Hit can travel seconds into the future, Doctor Manhattan can go any timeline of his choosing, making him an unbearable opponent. In all honesty, Hit wouldn't even stand a chance against this DC superhero and he'd probably lose in a jiffy.
9 Lose: Zeno Guards
Zeno is the one above all. He is the God who looks over all of the multiverses, so it's only fair for him to have the second strongest beings as his bodyguards.
These Zeno attendants haven't been given any names and neither have their powers been displayed on a large scale but the mere fact that they are stronger than angels can give fans an idea of how difficult they might prove difficult for Doctor Manhattan to beat. There's just no way he can even lay a hand on these beings.
8 Would Defeat: Toppo
One of the strongest characters of Universe 11, Toppo, is a bit short of possessing God of Destruction powers, although he'll only be able to reach that kind of power after years of training.
Doctor Manhattan vs Toppo would, again, be a one-sided contest because a mere mortal can't really do much damage to Doctor Manhattan. While, at his best, Toppo might be able to land some telling punches, it'll always be just a matter of time before he falls.
7 Lose: Beerus
Universe seven's God of Destruction, Beerus, is someone who shows up anywhere and at any time. His stature is such that it demands respect and if he doesn't get it, he makes sure that the said person knows about the repercussions.
Beerus has what everyone calls the "Destruction Energy" meaning even if he uses a shred of it, he can annihilate planets. For all of Doctor Manhattan's powers, he can't stand up to a literal destroyer of worlds, can he?
6 Would Defeat: Vegeta
Vegeta being the Saiyan Prince doesn't like to stay away from a fight because his pride doesn't let him however strong his opponent might be. After reaching the God-level ki with Super Saiyan Blue, Vegeta made sure his name is written into Saiyan folk fare as there haven't been many who have reached that level.
He still has a lot of levels to go if he wants to come out on top against Doctor Manhattan, though, because the DC superhero's powers are just too creative.
5 Lose: Vados
Vados, being an angel, has to be one of the strongest characters in the Dragon Ball Universe and while her potential powers weren't displayed in Dragon Ball Super, on many occasions, it has been hinted that she is not only stronger than the Gods of Destruction, but she is also just that little bit stronger than her brother Whis. She has celestial powers, much like Doctor Manhattan, but her control over her's is far greater.
4 Would Defeat: Goku
Goku is a mere mortal who simply can't measure up to an immortal celestial being like Doctor Manhattan. While he can come close to his power levels using the Ultra Instinct transformation, it is highly doubtful whether Goku would be able to handle the sheer variety in Doctor Manhattan's superpowers.
He might be just that little bit more fast and agile, but Doctor Manhattan can get more creative and in the process, beat him quite easily.
3 Lose: Whis
Whis is another angel, only from the Sixth Universe, and she has displayed her powers on a number of occasions, especially while training Goku and Vegeta, who, however hard they tried, were not able to land any punch on him.
His celestial powers transcend space and he is also able to manipulate times in both directions but not at the scale of Doctor Manhattan, although he is way stronger than the DC superhero.
2 Would Defeat: Jiren
Jiren is the strongest mortal in all of the universes and he has already been declared stronger than his own universe's God of Destruction but because he doesn't have the "Destruction Energy," he might just end up struggling to survive against Doctor Manhattan.
Again, the variety of superpowers at Doctor Manhattan's disposal helps his cause, especially time manipulation, because Jiren wouldn't be able to do anything if the DC superhero is able to preempt every attack of his by going back and forth in time.
1 Lose: Zeno
Zeno is the Omni-King, who has the power to destroy universes just with a little tap, so it wouldn't be much of a problem for him to make Doctor Manhattan disappear in thin air.
If one takes a good look at him, there's no way he/she would be able to come to the conclusion that this small guy possesses multiverse destroying powers, but he does. And no one should mess with him, not even the strongest character in the DC Universe.
