As another month of new comic books approaches, DC Comics is preparing to put out no fewer than nine new titles this Tuesday, Sept. 1.
First and foremost, the ongoing "Joker War" event continues within the pages of Batman #98. Other superhero series getting brand-new issues under DC's main banner on Tuesday include Justice League and Young Justice. What's more, the New Age of DC Heroes officially comes to an end this week with the release of the 30th and final issue of The Terrifics. Finally, the DCeased saga continues with the third issue of Dead Planet.
Over on the DC Black Label, John Constantine begins his new three-part solo adventure in Hellblazer: Rise and Fall #1, while the 12-part Strange Adventures series nears the halfway mark with the release of issue #5. As far as the Sandman Universe is concerned, the new era of The Dreaming carries on in The Dreaming: Waking Hours #2.
