According to DC Comics, the pair of OGNs will once again pit the Dark Knight of Gotham against the Clown Prince of Crime. However, rather than fighting to defend his entire city against The Joker, Batman's vendetta against his most notorious foe is a little closer to home this time around.

Here is the official description of the story according to DC:

What secret connection do both Batman and The Joker share with a strange and mysterious young girl? After she’s kidnapped by The Joker, Batman must plunge deep into the underworld of Gotham City and race against time to find out where she’s being held.
