DC Comics' mainline Catwoman title gets a new creative team this September, with writer Ram V and artist Fernando Blanco set to take over the book with issue #25.

V and Blanco's run writing for DC's resident cat burglar Selina Kyle begins with Catwoman #25 this September, the Burbank-based publisher revealed. However, both creators have lent their talents to the character before. Previously, V served as a guest writer on Catwoman #14 and #15, while Blanco served as a secondary artist to Joëlle Jones during her time writing and illustrating the book.

Furthermore, while V and Blanco's run on Catwoman doesn't officially begin for a few months, readers will actually get to catch a sneak peek at their take on the character in just a few days. V and Blanco collaborated on "Addicted to Trouble," a story featured in the Catwoman 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular -- which is slated for release this Tuesday, June 2.

"And we've got some cool plans for the stories to come," V told Newsarama. "Big things coming down the pipeline. Fans of Catwoman, heist stories and crime/action dramas -- stay tuned! And hold on to your wallets."
