DC has added another title to its list of recent cancellations.

Upcoming DC solicitations for April note Damage #16, written by Robert Venditti and illustrated by Aaron Lopresti and Matt Ryan, will be the final issue of the title.

The cancellation follows that of fellow New Age of DC Heroes comic The Curse of the Brimstone as of Issue #12, shipping in March.

The entire line has seen its numbers culled in recent months. Sideways comes to an end with Issue #13 in February, and The Immortal Men wrapped up its run after six issues last year. The cancellations leave Silencer and The Terrifics as the last remaining New Age of DC Heroes titles.

DC's cuts haven't been limited to only that publishing line, either -- Titans also ends its run in April with Issue #36. Also, cancellations have even extended to pending titles -- orders for the upcoming Batman and the Outsiders were canceled prior to the series' originally scheduled debut in December, with writer Bryan Edward Hill stating that the book isn't canceled; it's just been pushed back for creative reasons.

The solicitation copy for Damage #16 summarizes the issue as follows: "Captured by Echidna, the goddess of monsters, Ethan and Congo Bill must rely on their wits as humans rather than strength as giant powerhouses in order to survive. But do these men stand a chance against the mother of all colossal beasts? Find out in the shocking finale of our series!"

The final issue of Damage goes on sale April 17.
