In 2019, Green Arrow #50 will mark the final issue of Oliver Queen's current ongoing series, but the DC Universe still has "wild plans" for the Emerald Archer.
Oliver Queen has been increasingly involved in the greater DC Universe, as Green Arrow has played a more meaningful role into recent major events. The events of Justice League: No Justice turned Oliver into potentially one of the most dangerous superheroes in the DC Universe by putting him in possession of a mysterious weapon he could use against the Justice League.

Meanwhile, he lost his former sidekick and longtime ally Red Arrow to the massacre at Sanctuary in Heroes in Crisis. Now, those expanding plans for the hero have seemingly led to the end of his solo series in March 2019.
Green Arrow co-writer Jackson Lanzing confirmed on Twitter that the upcoming Green Arrow #50 will be the final issue of the current series.

Lanzing posted that "While [Collin Kelly], [Javier Fernandez] & I would've loved nothing more than to craft a robust, long run for Ollie & Dinah, the universe had other plans. Very cool, very wild plans. I look forward to reading them as a fan".
