Goodbye Gotham, hello New York.

DC has put up an official wild posting in New York City announcing the upcoming release of I Am Batman #6 by John Ridley, Ken Lashley and Rex Lokus -- which sees the new Batman, Timothy "Jace" Fox, set up shop in the DC Universe's version of the Big Apple. The posting, which features an image of an unmasked Jace Fox/Batman against the New York skyline, is illustrated by Taurin Clarke and measures in at six feet tall by eight feet wide.

"Just in time for Black History Month, this posting is not only a celebration of DC's first Batman of color, but the return of Batman to New York in an ongoing series," DC said. "I Am Batman marks the first time that the Big Apple will be Batman's home base in an ongoing Batman series since 1941." I Am Batman #6 is slated to hit comic shops on Tuesday, Feb. 8. Meanwhile, the New York wild posting advertising campaign will remain active through Wednesday, Feb. 16.

A curated list of titles is currently available on the DC Universe Infinite subscription service, meaning fans can "get to know more about Jace Fox and read about his path to the cape and cowl." The estranged son of Lucius Fox, Timothy Fox was created by Len Wein and Irv Novick, first appearing in 1979's Batman #313. As Jace Fox, the character has been featured prominently as of late in the limited series The Next Batman: Second Son and Future State: The Next Batman.

In addition to Batman #313, The Next Batman: Second Son and Future State: The Next Batman, all issues of I Am Batman will be available on DC Universe Infinite as well -- "including issue #6, timed to its arrival in comic book stores." Moreover, later this month, the subscription service will feature a talent spotlight on series writer Ridley, featuring such works as The Other History of the DC Universe, The American Way and Superman: Red and Blue, among others.

Written by John Ridley and illustrated by Ken Lashley with colors by Rex Lokus and letters by Troy Peteri, I Am Batman #6 goes on sale Feb. 8 from DC. The issue features main cover art by Olivier Coipel and Alex Sinclair.
