In the New 52she was re-vamped and given back Spoiler's identity and since then has been under-utilized as a member of the family. In the one-shot Joker Warzone, it was hinted that her role would soon be growing.

7 Red Hood

In the beginning, Jason Todd was very disliked, so much so that the fans voted to kill him. Since his resurrection, though, he has come to find some love among the readers. His death and rebirth from Robin to the Red Hood allowed him to evolve into something darker and much different than any other member of the Bat-family. This served him well because it allowed him to carve out a niche and fill the Bat-family anti-hero void.
