With some fans are already grousing at the prospect of a Joker movie headlined by Jared Leto, Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista has joked the development may actually be a good sign -- for Drax the Destroyer.Since his Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2014, Bautista has appeared as the fan-favorite Drax in the first two Guardians films and in the current Avengers: Infinity War, and is confirmed for at least a pair of sequels. The idea of a Drax movie is certainly an interesting one. Much more than the comedy value that Bautista provides in the MCU, comic book Drax has a complicated backstory with an equally complex family history. Although Drax's family were briefly mentioned in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, the movies are yet to flesh out what happened to them.
