Vice TV recently dropped the trailer for Season 3 of its hit series, Dark Side of the Ring, which premieres in early May.

Posted on YouTube, the two-minute-long clip features commentary from the likes of Chris Jericho, Eric Bischoff and Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Fans will also hear from Shari Tyree, who is best known as the ex-wife of the Ultimate Warrior, and actor-turned-wrestler David Arquette.

At one moment in the trailer, Arquette admits that he was "in over [his] head" when he entered the ring for a messy deathmatch versus Nick Gage back in 2018. The trailer ends with author, podcaster and occasional professional wrestler Jim Cornette asking, "Can't you do the happy side of the ring every once in a while?"

Season 2 of the series wrapped up in May 2020, with a record-setting viewership tuning in for the finale, which told the story of wrestler Owen Hart's tragic death in the ring. The episode brought in 628,000 viewers, breaking the network's previous Live+3 viewership and key demographic records.

At the time, Vice Television general manager Morgan Hertzan said, "We are absolutely ecstatic with the success of Dark Side of the Ring. Audiences respond to our courageous compelling storytelling and this series has proven to be heavyweight in the television landscape."
