DC's upcoming Future State publishing initiative is poised to bring major changes to the DC Universe in January, with a new Batman protecting Gotham City while Bruce Wayne is on the run from the law.
DC provided an unlettered preview of Future State: Dark Detective #1, with Bruce Wayne on the run from a villainous authoritarian who has seized control of the city named The Magistrate. Written by Mariko Tamaki and illustrated by Dan Mora, the preview pages — along with the standard cover by Mora and variant cover by John Paul Leon — are below.
