DC Comics is ending 2022 with a bang as Dark Crisis reaches its finale, Batman finds himself standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Spawn and more in the publisher's solicitations for December 2022.

Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths concludes in December with the major crossover event's seventh issue, which puts Nightwing/Dick Grayson in the center of a newly remodeled DC Universe following the events of Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #4. Before the series ends, however, Mark Waid and Dan Jurgens will explore the infinite DC Multiverse in Dark Crisis: Big Bang, which brings together characters from numerous realities together in one book.

Superman is celebrating a major milestone with Action Comics #1050, which sees Kal-El back on Earth following his time on Warworld. After reuniting with his family, Clark and his son, Jon Kent, will then team up to take down one of the Man of Steel's greatest foes, Lex Luthor.

December also sees the Dark Knight cross paths with Spawn for the first time in approximately twenty years. Originally announced during San Diego Comic-Con, Batman/Spawn #1 comes from writer Todd McFarlane and artist Greg Capullo and sees the titular two characters clash after the latter of the two is turned into the Court of Owl's new weapon.
