Uncolored preview pages for Dark Ages remixes a heartbreaking Marvel Cinematic Universe moment between Scarlet Witch and Vision from Avengers: Infinity War.
The interior preview pages for Dark Ages #1 come from Marvel's Free Previews catalog for comics shipping in September. The last page finds Scarlet Witch disintegrating right in front of Vision, sending the synthezoid into a fit of rage. This almost mirrors what happened two the duo in Avengers: Infinity War. In the MCU film, Scarlet Witch had to bear witness to Vision dying by Thanos' hand as he took claim of the Mind Stone. Once he possessed all of the Infinity Stones, Thanos snapped his fingers and turned half of the universe's population into dust, including the Scarlet Witch.
Other pages from Dark Ages features Spider heroes like Ghost-Spider and Miles Morales in agony as their spider-senses go wild. Next, Vision and Scarlet Witch are joined by the Fantastic Four and Doctor Strange as they teleport to investigate a threat, which is most likely Unmaker, who was previously teased as the Marvel Universe's next big threat in Dark Ages.
Unmaker can be seen in space battling another foe, with Jean Grey, Charles Xavier and Apocalypse also preparing for the oncoming horror.
