Following a high-octane third season that pit Matt Murdock against Kingpin and Bullseye, fans are still wondering if Daredevil will return for a fourth season, especially considering the cancellations of Iron Fist and Luke Cage.Well, the waiting game is on following a tweet from showrunner Erik Oleson saying he pitched Season 4 to Netflix and is now officially awaiting word. It's been reported that last season suffered a 57% drop in viewership, which sparked rumors that the series would be cancelled. However, Vincent D'Onofrio, who plays Wilson Fisk, begged to differ. Recently, Deborah Ann Woll, who plays Karen Page, also expressed her ambition for another season as she believes these characters still have a lot of stories to tell.

Season 3 certainly ended on a cliffhanger, with Matt, Karen and Foggy Nelson restarting a law firm and Bullseye officially being born. When star Charlie Cox revealed he had no clue if a fourth season would be on the cards, though, speculation began to run rampant that the defender of Hell's Kitchen would follow in the footsteps of Danny Rand and Luke Cage.
