If you're looking for a place to live in Manhattan, and you don't mind an enormous neon sign outside the window, cleaning up your roommate's blood, or the occasional ninja attack, Craigslist might have the apartment for you.

In a fun bit of guerrilla marketing for the upcoming third season of Marvel's Daredevil, Matt Murdock's Hell's Kitchen loft is advertised on Craigslist.

Fans who click on the ad will be treated to some interior photos of the apartment, as well as tongue-in-cheek references to the exploits of the Devil of Hell's Kitchen. The listing boasts that the loft has been left "virtually unscathed by recent tremors," and that potential tenants can "Marvel at the reclaimed industrial windows that provide a must-see view of Hell's Kitchen."

The ad is also sure to point out the "brilliant neon lights across the street bathe the apartment in a soothing, warm ambiance," as well as that the apartment is "great for anyone with accessibility needs," and is "within walking distance of a boxing gym, courthouse and local law offices." The loft is also advertised as coming fully furnished, seeing as how the previous tenant "left without notice."

The ad concludes with the line, "With an apartment this nice, you'll feel like you're living a double life. Don't miss out, this apartment will be available October 19." Of course, that's the date Daredevil Season 3 will be released on Netflix.
