Daredevil is back in his red gear in Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto's upcoming "Truth/Dare."

A year after Zdarsky began his run on Daredevil with Matt Murdock hanging up the suit and his superhero alter ego, the writer returns to the Man Without Fear, this time giving the iconic red costume back to the hero.

Zdarsky will reunite with Checchetto for the upcoming story arc "Truth/Dare" in May. Zdarsky has been writing Daredevil since 2019. Recently, he teamed up with guest artist Jorge Fornés for a three-part story. His other work includes Howard the DuckPeter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-ManNamor: The Best Defense, Invaders and the upcoming X-Men/Fantastic Four.

Aside from Daredevil, Marco Checchetto's art can be found in Savage Sword of ConanOld Man Hawkeye and various Star Wars comics.

Created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett, Daredevil first appeared in Daredevil #1 back in April 1964. Since then, he has undergone several costume changes, including his most recent black costume and the yellow suit that he wore in his first issue.
